Refund policy

** If you live in an area with below freezing temperatures, make sure you are tracking your packages and bringing them inside promptly. We will not replace paint or liquid items for freezing.

PLEASE NOTEALL SALES ARE FINAL. We cannot issue refunds, exchanges, etc. We cannot cancel your order once it is placed. Please double check everything in your cart. When you check out, your order is final. We cannot change items in your cart, swap out products, change the location of where it is being sent to, etc. Please be very careful to review your orders before your push BUY. Warranties are not expressed or implied. 

SHIPPING GUIDELINES
Orders typically are shipped in up to 10 business days. Handmade items may take up to three weeks. On occasion there are delays from shipping companies and due to weather conditions that are out of our control. Please feel free to email us anytime for a shipping update. Shipping delays may occur due to Covid 19, cancellations cannot be made due to shipping delays. 

DAMAGES
Most of our products clean easily and will just require water and soap to clean off the items it leaked on. We will reship whatever is unusable, as long as pictures are given to prove damage and you keep the box and product so the shipping company is able to pick it up to process the claim. Without the photos and package we cannot validate damage and cannot get a refund for your items being damaged. In those cases you will need to submit a claim to the shipping company to receive a refund. Email photos and description to CaniceChic@gmail.com
